How to remove jackfruit rubber from your hands?
If you love eat jackfruit but afraid to peel jackfruit's skin because of it's rubber, you don't have to worry anymore.
Jackfruit's rubber will come out when you peel off it's skin using chopper or other things.
You can remove the rubber that stick to your fingers by applying some cooking oil after you have finished peeling the jackfruit's skin. The rubber will automatically off.
But if you buy a wrapped up jackfruit, you don't have to worry about that rubber. You can just eat it happily.

How to make shrimp paste salt (Garam Belacan)?

Malaysian especially Malay really love to eat mango, guava and others with shrimp paste salt or better known in Malays as "Garam Belacan". It is totally delicious to smudge a slide of mango into shrimp paste salt at the evening outside or inside the house. Malays do this often.
How to make the shrimp paste salt? It is very easy and everyone can make it.
The important thing you need is a dry blender, salt, sugar, soya-bean sauce, chili and shrimp paste.
1. Blend sugar in dry blender.
Important info is to know the balance between salt, sugar, shrimp paste and chili. If you want to make shrimp paste salt (Garam Belacan) in a huge quantity so you can keep it in refrigerator and eat in future, you need to know that 6 tablespoon of sugar are good to mix with 1/4 small spoon of sugar, 4 chilies, and 1/2 small spoon of shrimp paste.
2. You need to punch chilies, salt and shrimp paste inside this lesung batu.

How to reduce Maggi Tomyam MSG ingredients?

Malaysian love to eat instant noodle and everyone's favorite is Maggi Tom Yam. We all know that it contains a very high ingredient of MSG. From Wikipedia, Monosodium glutamate, also known as sodium glutamate and MSG, is a sodium salt of the non-essential amino glutamic acid. It is used as a food additive and is commonly marketed as a flavour enhancer.
So how to decrease MSG in Maggi Tom Yam and you still can enjoy it happily?
Here is the method for you to follow.
1. Have a packet or two of Maggi Tom Yam instant noodle.
2. Boil a water in a pot. When it is purring, do insert Knorr Tom Yam paste (I love this paste)
3. Insert Maggi Tom Yam noodle only. Don't add the MSG.
4. Do add salt if you want more tasty Maggi Tom Yam.
You still can enjoy Maggi Tom Yam in a healty way.
